必赢体育app中国官方网站 is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Cain as its new Behavioural Safety Manager to lead and further develop its award-winning behavioural safety programme, Challenging Beliefs, Affecting Behaviour (CBAB).
In his new role, Matthew will be responsible for the ongoing evolution of CBAB, linking wider elements of the business鈥� strategy such as wellbeing and quality into the programme, supporting CBAB coaches and champions, and promoting its principles within the supply chain, ensuring it remains leading practice in the industry.
Matthew is promoted to the role from his post as Lead Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Advisor for the Group鈥檚 Building North West business, having joined in 2021 and will report to HS&E Director Mike Webb.
